They also have access to comprehensive live support where ZEAL staff will even make recruiting calls with you. Every Agent receives training in internet research technique and research software to efficiently gather healthcare candidate and client leads. Agents also receive a robust online marketing package with webpage, email, social media identity and content publishing instruction. Agents also receive candidate management software.
Agents have three schedules for payment and initial revenue sharing:
$4,900 and 10% of revenue for one year
$3,400 and 25% of revenue for one year
$1,900 and 40% of revenue for one year
