The cold hard fact is that we have more Recruiters than we have Owners to support them. We seem to have no difficulty attracting quality individuals that want to learn healthcare recruiting, work from home and have a shot at making $60-80,000 this year. However, we need Owners to effectively manage them.

As a Recruit with ZEAL Owner you manage a team of healthcare recruiters. We start you off with ten and will replace any that fall off. The Owner provides their team with leads and online marketing support, but most importantly they keep them honest, motivated and on course in making placements and optimum recruiting fees.
On every healthcare recruiting placement made, the Owner retains 50% of the recruiting fee (the recruiter keeps 40% and ZEAL makes 10%). That means that on the typical $20,000 healthcare recruiting placement, the Owner makes $10,000.
That also means that with half of a ten person team making just one placement in a month, the Owner would keep $50,000 per month.

ZEAL has a problem right now: we have more “Recruiters” than we can handle. We need Owners who can manage them and we’re pulling out all the stops to make that happen.
For one, we will provide you and your team with all the custom generated healthcare recruiting candidate and client leads you can handle for the first 90 days of operation.
“Be Mentored by a ZEAL Owner”
Participate in Owner training on March 24th and you will be partnered with a successful ZEAL Owner. This will be someone who has had success, with a minimum of $200,000 in annual revenue.
Your Mentor will even provide you with a client contract or two to work right out of the gate.
“Pay half the normal investment”
Sign up now, begin your initial training and participate in Owner training March 24-25th, and instead of paying the normal $29,900 fee, you will pay just half ($14,950). The balance will be taken out of your first three placements.
The training weekend on March 24-25 is followed by a comprehensive twelve week training schedule, run in tandem with your start-up and the support of your team, including:
- Training in healthcare specialty of choice
- Complete training in the healthcare recruiting process
- Contracts, scripts and forms
- Detailed start-up plan
- Custom online marketing work
- Extensive ongoing support
- Management guidance
