As a “Recruiter” you are trained in healthcare recruiting and supported by a ZEAL “Owner.”
We look for industrious, driven business professionals for this role, people with the skills and acumen to be successful in medical recruiting. Complete training is provided in specific areas of healthcare like health informatics, health IT, physical therapy, and physician recruiting, along with detailed operations training in recruiting nurse practitioners and pharmacists.
For our purposes, “healthcare and medical recruiting” is the process of contracting with a medical employer to recruit a healthcare worker with specific skills and experience. Remuneration is typically a recruiting fee equal to 25-30% of the candidate’s first year salary (so usually a $15,000 to $30,000 fee) paid when the client company hires our candidate.
Recruiters must be able to work from home and should have income goals of $60,000 to $90,000. After completing two weeks of initial training, Recruiters work with a ZEAL Owner who provides them with healthcare candidate leads to call, contracts to work, and help in closing transactions. All of your training and work can, and should, be done from your home office.
We’ll provide you with all the training, scripts and correspondence you need. You just add sweat equity in the form of persistence and hard work. The Owner you are assigned to will even provide you with leads and online marketing support.
On a $20,000 placement fee a Recruiter will receive $8,000 net to them. Is it reasonable to place one healthcare professional every four to six weeks? Absolutely, and you’ll get great training, instruction and guidance to help you make it happen.
Recruiters are not paid a salary and they are not employees. You have your own business and all the freedoms and tax benefits that come along with it. It shouldn’t be looked at as a commission job either. It is a true opportunity to start your own business.
As a Recruiter you are guaranteed assignment with an Owner when your initial training is completed. It is important to recognize though that it’s going to be 3-4 weeks before you see results.
You can also now earn your way toward becoming an Agent or an Owner yourself with the “option” to pay a premium to “buy out” your contract with the Owner you work with.
Recruiters are able to work from home and don’t have to make a commute or travel. They don’t have to put on a suit every day either. They can work from a home office with just a computer and a telephone. Add a smart phone and they’re mobile too.
Whether full or part-time, the Recruiters we train speak with nurse practitioners, physicians and physical therapists every day about taking new jobs. They are in the position to close $15,000 to $30,000 recruiting deals by sourcing quality healthcare candidates and guiding them successfully through the interview process.
For their efforts, salespeople keep 40% of the recruiting fee for themselves. The Owner of the healthcare recruiting business and ZEAL share the rest. This is true on every recruiting fee generated by the Recruiters that we train and refer to an Owner.
The Recruiter role tends to attract individuals with good sales and communication skills, as well as integrity, character and determination. They benefit from great training, sales leads and help in closing transactions with active sales management.
As a Recruiter you pay a fee for your initial training with one of three options:
- One-time training fee of $750
- Three monthly payments of $290 each
- Twelve monthly payments of $90 per month
